IT Operations Lead: Cloud, Security & 24/7 Support

Millennium Services Group is seeking a hands-on IT Operations Lead based in Mulgrave, Victoria. You will oversee IT services delivery, performance, and security across the business, reporting to the IT Manager and acting as a second-in-command within IT.

You will drive continuous improvement, mentor the team, and manage vendors to ensure KPI and SLA delivery while supporting critical business technology across national operations.
