The Role • Lead quality assurance efforts for mission-critical applications, ensuring high levels of reliability, performance, and compliance. • Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and procedures across the system development lifecycle. • Conduct functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across multiple systems. • Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development teams for resolution. • Support major testing events, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and go-live readiness. • Provide QA metrics and reporting to program leadership and stakeholders. What You'll Need • Bachelor's Degree (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing. • Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining QA processes across the system lifecycle. • Experience developing and executing test plans and test cases for complex, integrated systems. • Proficiency with defect tracking tools and test management frameworks. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Active or ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
