Role: PLC Controls Engineer (Beckhoff TwinCAT)
Location: Warren, MI (Onsite)
Experience: 5+ Years
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience with Beckhoff TwinCAT PLC Programming
- Design, develop, and validate PLC code for manufacturing automation
- Experience with Motion Control, Robotic Integration, and Safety PLC Logic
- Hands-on troubleshooting of PLC hardware/software issues
- Strong Root Cause Analysis and manufacturing equipment troubleshooting skills
- Experience driving Continuous Improvement and system optimization
- Knowledge of industrial automation and manufacturing controls
