Lead Network Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Network Engineer to join our Infrastructure Management team. The ideal candidate will possess strong network knowledge and expertise in deploying and managing load balancers and firewalls. This role requires collaboration with application development teams to gather data and implement necessary network infrastructure deployments. The successful candidate will also lead discussions and resolve network-related issues within an OpenShift Container environment.

Responsibilities:

Deploy and manage load balancers and firewalls to ensure optimal network performance and security.
Collaborate with application development teams to gather requirements and implement network infrastructure solutions.
Lead discussions with cross-functional teams to address and resolve network-related issues in an OpenShift Container environment.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
Develop and maintain documentation related to network configurations, processes, and procedures.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance network infrastructure.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Mandatory Skills:

Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.
Proficiency in deploying and managing load balancers and firewalls.
Experience working in an OpenShift Container environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams.
