Do you have experience as a Software Development Lead and are now looking to join an exciting music technology company where you will be leading the development of innovative software and firmware products used by musicians across the world?

The company have been designing world-class guitar amplification products since 2004 and has become a globally recognised innovator within the music technology industry working with musicians like Ocean Colour Scene, Ozzy Osbourne and Journey.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Software Development Lead to take charge of a talented development team, drive innovation, and oversee projects from concept through to production within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The Role:

• Lead, manage and develop the Software Development team
• Drive the research, specification and development of innovative software and digital products
• Oversee scalable software and embedded firmware development using structured development processes
• Plan team workloads and communicate project progress to key stakeholders
• Maintain software development best practices, documentation and quality standards
• Manage software development projects and coordinate with OEM partners

The Person:

• Experience with commercial software development
• Experience with Agile Scrum and sprint planning
• Experience with JUCE framework
