They are looking for skilled individuals to join their dedicated workforce and help drive their mission forward. **The Role** • Responsible for troubleshooting and rectifying faults on electrical systems and equipment, including production, packaging, and infrastructure. • Performing repairs and maintenance on electrical systems and equipment, along with calibration and optimization tasks. • Supporting qualification and validation activities with GMP-compliant documentation for new and existing systems. • Conducting safety inspections according to various regulations and standards (e.g., BetrSichV, DGUV V3, DIN VDE). • Acting as a point of contact for external contractors and craftspeople. • Assisting in the GMP-compliant optimization and maintenance of processes and workflows, including documentation and project contributions (e.g., Six-Sigma projects). **What You'll Need** • Completed apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician (specializing in plant or operational technology) or a comparable qualification. • Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry is desirable. • Strong knowledge of Measurement, Control, and Regulation Technology (MSR), with experience in calibrating process measuring technology. • Experience with PLC technology (e.g., Siemens S5/S7/WinCC, Schneider) and servo drives/motion control. • Familiarity with machine and plant construction, or maintenance of machinery and plants, preferably packaging equipment. • Initial GMP knowledge, particularly in GMP-compliant documentation, is advantageous. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good IT skills (e.g., MS Office). • Willingness to work in a full continuous shift model (early, late, and night shifts). • Good command of the German language, both spoken and written. **What's On Offer** • Opportunity to work with a leading organisation on meaningful global challenges. • A collaborative environment with skilled professionals. • Contribution to a company mission focused on health and nutrition. • Potential for project involvement and process optimization.
