As a non-exempt position, this role will be eligible for overtime, at 1.5 times the base rate, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience. Details/Scope of the project:
- Project Manager to support land use, permitting, and environmental due diligence and execution efforts across the APAC region. In this role, you will coordinate with internal stakeholders and onboarded vendors to complete Due Diligence Risk Screenings for new site candidates and coordinate, track, and obtain deliverables to deploy ground infrastructure.
- You will also manage Due Diligence for Ground Security, Ground Assessment for Minimum Elevation Angle and Radio Frequency interference, and Leo Regulatory coordination across APAC jurisdictions.
- This position serves as a key liaison between internal engineering teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure sites meet technical and compliance requirements.
Preferred skills:
- 6+ years of experience in site acquisition, land use, permitting, or environmental due diligence
- Strong project management skills with experience tracking complex, multi-jurisdictional workstreams
- Demonstrated ability to navigate local regulatory frameworks
- Knowledge of ground security requirements, radio frequency analysis, and regulatory compliance processes
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to deliver results with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to work across time zones and coordinate with distributed teams
