E&I Engineer

Core Group are recruiting an experienced E&amp;I Engineer for a contract role. Location: Nottingham, Wymondham Duration: Until 06/09 with potential extension<br />Hours: 37 per week | Hybrid (WFH TBC)<br />Rate: £45 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Instrumentation &amp; Control design (Safe Area &amp; ATEX)<br />Electrical Power &amp; Control design documentation<br />SLDs, Cause &amp; Effect, Load/Cable Schedules, FDS &amp; Control Philosophies<br />PLC programming (Siemens TIA Portal)<br />AutoCAD Electrical updates and mark-ups<br />Panel design/build, cable sizing &amp; circuit protection<br />FAT/SAT support<br />Functional Safety (LOPA, SIL, IEC 61508/61511)

Requirements:

5–10 years' E&amp;I/EC&amp;I experience<br />Strong hands-on engineering and design background<br />Hazardous area and functional safety knowledge<br />Experience producing detailed technical documentation and drawings If available, please apply with your CV or email (url removed)
