Role: Technical Program Manager (Oracle Fusion)

Location: Remote – EST (US)

Role Summary

The Oracle Fusion Technical Program Manager provides leadership for Fusion and platform integration initiatives, ensuring disciplined execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Oracle Fusion and platform integration programs
  • Manage technical dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones
  • Drive execution of product, process, and tooling improvements
  • Ensure standardized delivery and governance
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience leading Oracle Fusion programs
  • Background in enterprise integrations and platforms
  • Proven program and risk management expertise
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills

Nice to Have Skills

  • Oracle Cloud and EPM exposure
  • Agile / SAFe program management experience
