DescriptionEver Nimble is excited to present an opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join the Reactive Support team in our West Perth office. This is a great opportunity for individuals that are looking to gain more experience to join a forward-thinking and supportive company.

- 2 years (minimum) of experience in IT support is required for this role;
- Existing helpdesk (ideally MSP) experience is highly desirable;
- Experience supporting the mining industry is highly desirable;
- Familiarity with hardware components including laptops, desktops, servers, storage devices, and network devices;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed (via company Uber account).
- As part of our award winning support desk team, you'll provide awesome first and second line tech support to our incredible customers;
- Support hardware equipment including laptops, desktops, servers, storage devices, and network devices;
- Support a vast array of software across many industries;
- Handle on site visits for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs;
- Escalate issues to Senior Technicians or vendors when necessary;
- Maintain knowledge of the latest hardware and software trends and technologies.
- Customer confidence; we communicate with our clients in person and on the phone;
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, with the ability to provide advice to non technically minded customers;
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
- Proactive problem solver with attention to detail.

Applications must be from candidates living in or close to West Perth, WA. This role will operate on a roster that includes weekend working (eg. Thursday - Monday or Friday - Tuesday).
