Consultant Manager - Enterprise PMO (TOM)

Your new company
A leading global organisation is seeking an experienced organisational design consultant to support the transformation of its enterprise change and PMO function. You'll play a key role in shaping how project delivery capabilities are structured and governed across a complex business environment.

Your new role
You will lead the assessment of the current PM/PMO operating model, design a future-state Target Operating Model, and develop a practical implementation roadmap.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analysing PM and PMO activities, roles, capabilities and capacity
• Identifying opportunities for standardisation, automation and improved assurance
• Defining organisational design principles and future-state structures
• Working closely with HR and senior stakeholders across change functions
• Building a clear, evidence-based TOM and implementation plan

What you will need to succeed:

• NEED strong financial services background (multiple assignments)
• Proven experience delivering organisational design and Target Operating Model programmes
• Strong understanding of Project Management and PMO functions
• Experience conducting role mapping, capability assessments and workforce analysis
• Consulting or professional services background, ideally within change and transformation
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Ability to influence senior leaders and translate complex challenges into practical solutions
