What You'll Do:
- Lead structural integrity assessments and evaluations for topside modules on offshore platforms.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement maintenance and inspection plans.
- Analyze structural data, identify potential issues, and recommend solutions to enhance safety and performance.
- Monitor ongoing integrity programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Handle multiple priorities efficiently in a high-pressure offshore environment.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Extensive experience in offshore structural engineering, specifically with topside modules.
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis software and integrity assessment tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certification in offshore safety standards (e.g., BOSIET, HUET).

Preferred Education and Experience:
