Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive business growth
  • Understand customer requirements and propose tailored software/product solutions
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closure
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through research, outbound calls, and networking
  • Execute product marketing initiatives and promote specific product/service lines
  • Conduct client presentations, demos, and on-site meetings to showcase offerings
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams, business managers, and stakeholders to grow key accounts
  • Participate in trade shows, events, and customer visits to enhance brand visibility
  • Perform competitive market analysis to develop effective sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales activities in CRM systems
  • Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and market dynamics


Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in Software Products & Services (CAD / CAM / CAE / PTC / PLM)
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and solution selling
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented (go-getter mindset)
  • Experience in Engineering Services & Products will be an added advantage
  • Exposure to CAD / CAM / CAE / PTC / PLM sales is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with tendering and bid management processes is a plus
