Job Description:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Amplitude (implementation and instrumentation).

Expertise in:

o Product analytics.

o Event tracking frameworks.

• Experience integrating analytics platforms with applications.

Knowledge of:

o Data pipelines.

o API-based integrations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own implementation, rollout, and scaling of Amplitude platform.

Enable tracking of:

o Feature usage and product adoption

o User behaviour and engagement

o Acceptance vs override vs trust signals in AI outputs

Work closely with:

o Product teams

o Engineering teams

o AI application teams

• Drive integration of Amplitude with:

o Applications under development

o AI-powered workflows

Define:

o Event tracking strategy

o Instrumentation standards

• Build dashboards for:

o Adoption metrics

o Product usage insights

• Support ongoing enhancements of analytics and reporting

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

• Ability to quickly take over platform from product team.
• Strong capability to work across:

o Business + technical stakeholders

• Capable of scaling adoption across multiple applications.
