The Role • Operate complex machinery on packing or processing lines, ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently. • Monitor production data and report any defects or issues promptly to maintain high standards. • Troubleshoot machine-related problems to minimise downtime and maintain operational flow. • Complete daily routines, perform quality checks, and maintain accurate records in line with site procedures. • Participate in line cleaning activities as required to ensure a hygienic and efficient workspace. • Receive comprehensive training and ongoing support as part of a dedicated team. What You'll Need • Experience in manufacturing or the food industry is highly desirable. • A good standard of English literacy and numeracy. • The ability to take ownership of tasks and demonstrate accountability. • Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines. • High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. • The capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
