Junior Sales Executive

Location: Leeds & Surrounding Areas

Salary: £28,000 Basic + Company Car + Uncapped Commission

Kickstart Your Sales Career in Logistics

We're a growing logistics business looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Executive to help drive new business across Leeds and the surrounding areas.

This is a predominantly field-based role where you'll spend your time out on the road, meeting potential customers, introducing our services, and building lasting business relationships. When you're not visiting customers, you'll be in the office or working remotely, proactively calling prospective businesses to generate new opportunities.

No previous sales or logistics experience is required. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, someone who is eager to learn, enjoys meeting people, and is determined to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Covering Leeds and the surrounding areas, identifying and approaching new business opportunities.
  • Door knocking and introducing our logistics services to local businesses.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Arranging and attending customer meetings.
  • Following up leads and generating new business through outbound calls when you're not on the road.
  • Working towards achievable sales targets with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.
  • Keeping customer information up to date using our CRM system.
  • Representing the business professionally at all times.

What We're Looking For

  • A confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
  • A genuine desire to build a career in sales.
  • Self-motivated with the drive to generate new business.
  • Comfortable meeting new people and speaking to businesses face-to-face.
  • Resilient, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
