The Role • Instrument and assist during surgical procedures in an interdisciplinary team. • Ensure smooth operational workflows and collaborate effectively with specialized departments. • Actively implement quality assurance measures for high process and outcome quality. • Work in a daylight operating room with 12 surgical suites. • Opportunity for full-time or part-time employment. What You'll Need • Completed training as an OTA (Operating Theatre Assistant) or as a Health and Nursing Professional. • Ideally, specialized OP training or prior experience in an operating room. • Structured, organized, and proactive work approach with initiative. • Professional communication skills fostering a collaborative team environment. • Willingness to participate in on-call duties when required.
