Inside Sales Manager

Inside Sales Manager Waste Management (WM) seeks an Inside Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team driving revenue growth for environmental services. In this role, you will manage inside sales representatives, set goals, oversee pipelines, and ensure effective lead qualification and conversion. You'll collaborate with operations and marketing to align offerings with customer needs, use CRM data to forecast and report results, and coach your team to meet safety, integrity, and service standards while expanding WM's sustainability-focused customer base.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach an inside sales team to achieve revenue and activity targets
• Manage sales pipelines, lead qualification, and conversion processes
• Develop sales strategies aligned with WM environmental service offerings
• Collaborate with operations and marketing on pricing, campaigns, and customer solutions
• Use CRM and analytics to forecast, track KPIs, and report performance
• Drive a culture of safety, integrity, and inclusion within the sales team
• Identify growth opportunities with new and existing commercial and industrial accounts
• Ensure high-quality customer interactions and issue resolution
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of sales representatives
• Align sales practices with WM sustainability and environmental responsibility goals
