The Role • Lead the quantification of transformation value (cost, revenue, working capital, productivity) and integrate impacts into financial planning. • Enforce value capture discipline by ensuring initiatives have grounded business cases and tracking execution against baselines with variance analysis and corrective actions. • Coordinate with FP&A and Finance stakeholders for consistent forecasting, reporting, and executive narratives on transformation impacts. • Partner with Transformation Office leadership to translate activities into clear P&L and cash impacts for various business units. • Develop and maintain standardized templates and governance routines for business cases, variance tracking, and executive readouts. • Provide financial leadership to the Global Shared Services (GSS) team to support decisions, tradeoffs, and performance transparency. What You'll Need • 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, transformation finance, shared services finance, or finance business partnering in a complex, global organization. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • Proven track record in building financial governance, business cases, and executive reporting cadences. • Strong financial acumen with the ability to link operational initiatives to P&L impact. • Executive presence and ability to influence across a matrixed stakeholder environment. • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in complex/global environments.
