Reference Data Associate - eFinancialCareers

The Reference Data Associate will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing critical static and dynamic reference data that supports the firm's broker-dealer business across trading, risk management, operations, compliance, and regulatory reporting. This individual will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of security, counterparty, client, and account data across internal and external systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain and manage security reference data including new instrument setup, updates, and lifecycle events.
2. Oversee counterparty and client static data, including onboarding, classification and maintenance.
3. Partner with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure KYC/AML, regulatory, and tax documentation requirements are reflected accurately in reference data.
4. Provide support to trading, middle office, and operations on security master, client data, and account setup issues.

Qualifications

1. 2+ years of experience in reference data, operations, or securities middle office within a broker-dealer, investment bank, or asset manager
