Senior Business Systems Analyst - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for a hybrid position (Tuesday through Thursdays onsite) with a Leading Technology Firm located in Sunnyvale, CA. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

This role offers a hybrid work option, allowing for a mix of remote and in-office collaboration. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with hands-on knowledge of the Salesforce platform and business processes that support Sales, driving improvements and influencing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders using various techniques
• Conduct thorough analysis of workflows and systems to identify areas for improvement
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases
• Ensure the application is supported by creating comprehensive requirement documentation and test cases
• Recommend solutions, and consider opportunities to extend and leverage existing tools/products
• Influence and drive cross-functional, cross-geo teams, promoting timely and effective communication

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree
• 5 years' experience in business analysis
• Solid knowledge and hands on configuration and/or development experience with Salesforce platform
• Hands-on domain knowledge in business processes and systems that support Sales
• Experience with Agile development and methodologies
• Strong documentation and process mapping skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment

Desired skills:

• Prior experience with other Sales or Support 3rd party tools like Gong, Gainsight, Nice WFM and others
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with JIRA is a plus
• Confident, self-aware team player open to receiving/providing feedback
• Ability to establish strong relationships with all levels of an organization
• Knowledge and use of analytical and data analysis tools including Excel

Pay range: $58.70 - $69.28 per hour
