The Role • Coordinate patient reception and ensure smooth flow to waiting areas. • Manage appointment scheduling and provide competent patient assistance via phone. • Oversee patient registration in the radiology outpatient department and prepare records for examinations. • Process referral requests, manage incoming CDs with external imaging, and create CDs for patients or referring physicians. • Handle specimen forwarding to the laboratory and pathology, and manage contrast agent distribution. What You'll Need • Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA). • A strong interest in radiology and neuroradiology. • Ability to work independently, with a high degree of initiative and attention to detail. • Professional, friendly demeanor, commitment, and resilience. • Empathy and strong interpersonal skills for patient interaction. • Proficiency in electronic patient data processing, MS Office, and medical terminology.
