At Anaisol, we provide high-impact consulting services that solve complex business challenges. We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who is not just a manager, but a proactive growth engine.
In this role, you won't be waiting for leads to drop into your lap. You will be analyzing the market, identifying the "who's who," initiating the first contact, and carrying the conversation all the way to a signed contract.
What You Will Do:
You will own the entire sales and marketing lifecycle at Anaisol:
- Market Intelligence: Proactively analyze industries to identify companies that need our consulting expertise.
- Strategic Marketing: Oversee Anaisol's brand presence to ensure our messaging is sharp, professional, and "warmly" introduces us to potential clients.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Master the art of the "cold approach." You know how to find the right contacts, bypass gatekeepers, and get a meeting with the C-suite.
- The Pitch: Present Anaisol's capabilities with authority. You must be able to translate our services into direct ROI for the client.
- The Close: You are a natural negotiator. You know how to address objections, build trust, and finalize high-value business deals.
The Persona We're Looking For:
- The Proactive Hunter: You don't need a script; you need a target. You are self-motivated and don't stop until the door is open.
- The Consulting Expert: You understand that selling a service requires a high degree of trust, empathy, and strategic thinking.
- The Persuader: You are exceptionally articulate, both in writing and in person. You know how to convince stakeholders that Anaisol is the partner they need.
- Super Active & Visible: You enjoy networking, attending events, and being the "face" of the brand in the market.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 2 years specifically within the Consulting or Professional Services industry.
- Closing Track Record: Proven history of meeting and exceeding revenue targets and closing complex B2B deals.
- Strategic Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of how content, LinkedIn branding, and digital presence support the sales funnel.
- Communication Mastery: Fluency in English with the ability to present to CEOs and Board Members.
- Tools: Proficient in CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead generation tools.
- Education: MBA or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
