The Role • Lead the promotion of a specialized psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with deep clinical knowledge to achieve sales targets. • Develop and implement strategic business plans for your territory, leveraging data-driven insights and digital tools for enhanced sales execution. • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, incorporating a "total office" account management approach. • Stay informed on market dynamics and therapeutic area trends within the local market to identify and prioritize unique opportunities. • Effectively navigate reimbursement landscapes, including IDNs, Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payers, to address access issues. • Ensure full understanding and adherence to pharmaceutical regulations and company policies regarding product promotion. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales. • Proven ability to master product knowledge and score highly on training exams. • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with sales data reporting tools. • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and ability to travel up to 40%. • Must reside within 40 miles of the assigned territory boundaries.
