About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to step into a crucial role supporting digital content operations. As a Content Data Specialist, you will be at the heart of maintaining the accuracy, organization, and consistency of product information, content, and related digital assets across our platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in structured environments and enjoys working at the intersection of content, data, and systems, directly impacting how our customers discover and engage with our offerings.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and update product content, digital assets, and related data across internal systems.
  • Validate the accuracy and completeness of content against established standards and guidelines.
  • Support content publishing workflows, ensuring timely and error-free updates.
  • Identify inconsistencies in data and proactively resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., merchandising, marketing, digital teams) to ensure alignment and data integrity.
  • Assist in organizing and structuring metadata and content for improved usability and discoverability.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Experience working with content, product data, or digital assets in a structured system (e.g., Content Management System, Product Information Management system, Digital Asset Management system, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail with a keen focus on accuracy and quality control.
  • Familiarity with content publishing processes and workflows.
  • Ability to manage high-volume updates and repetitive tasks with unwavering consistency.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets or large data sets.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with metadata, taxonomy, or content tagging.
  • Exposure to e-commerce or product catalog environments.
  • Basic understanding of HTML or web content formatting.
  • Experience improving workflows or processes related to content or data management.
