COMPANY OVERVIEW<br />Our client is a privately owned company, operating in the Information Technology / Hardware<br />Support and IT Asset Lifecycle sectors.<br />They were founded in the late 1980’s and have Head Quarters in Leicester<br />Our client provides a full suite of services focused on hardware / IT lifecycle, largely for resellers.<br />Key service areas include:<br />Service<br />Hardware Support<br />Inventory Management<br />Secure Data Disposal<br />UPS / Power Systems Support<br />Hardware Supply<br />Asset Repairs<br />THEIR COMPANY USP’s<br />Channel Only, White Label Service Model<br />End to End, In-House IT Lifecycle Management<br />Nationwide Reach with 20+ Forward Stocking Locations (FSLs)<br />Security and Compliance Expertise<br />Sustainability and Repair First Ethos<br />Flexible, Modular Service Offering<br />Highly Trained In House Engineers &amp; 24/7 Support<br />Proven Reliability and Longevit<br />JOB PURPOSE<br />To carry out installation work of POS stands and wall signs (internal/external) across various<br />retail outlets (independent and multiples), including Petrol Stations.<br />Replacing stands where you mark the lottery paper with your numbers<br />Replacing scratch card units, and its power leads &amp; USB cables<br />Putting up posters in windows and in store<br />Essential Duties and Responsibilities<br />Clean, tidy and conscientious worker, at ease with taking instructions and working to<br />deadlines.<br />Punctual and respectful of surroundings.<br />Proficient with hand and power tools.<br />Comfortable working at height.<br />Always follow company health &amp; safety procedures<br />Maintain a ‘right first-time fix’ approach across all assigned tasks<br />Can take initiative, solve problems, and remain calm under pressure<br />Have strong attention to detail and take pride in your work.

Carry out all work safely,<br />meeting high-quality standards<br />Read the job notes and survey to ensure products are ready for fitting and check that all<br />tools, spares and parts are carried in order to complete the installation successfully<br />according to the survey.

Update job notes and job status<br />Maintain tools, equipment, and stock inventory for site tasks<br />Key Personal Requirements<br />We are looking for someone who is organised, detail oriented, and capable of prioritising a<br />diverse workload.

A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering quality results are<br />essential. A proactive attitude with a “can-do” mindset.

We seek an articulate, enthusiastic<br />person with a positive attitude towards customer service.<br />Driving Licence (required)<br />SPA - Petrol Forecourt Passport(preferred)<br />Company Van and Fuel Card Provided<br />You will deliver on-site and remote support for servers, storage, and networking systems.

You’ll<br />work with leading vendors (HPE, Dell, IBM, Lenovo, EMC, NetApp, Hitachi, Cisco), resolving<br />hardware break/fix incidents and supporting customer IT infrastructure.<br />SALARY &amp; BENEFITS<br />£140 per hour + Overtime (£170 OT per day)<br />Company Van Provided + Fuel Card<br />Monday to Friday<br />8am – 6pm<br />Apply to this advert and please call Kim on (phone number removed) for more information
