Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Configure and support Oracle CLM and related procurement functionality based on business requirements.
2. Gather requirements and design contract workflows, approval processes, and supporting system configurations.
3. Lead fit-gap analysis and translate business needs into functional specifications and implementation plans.
4. Support testing, user training, change management, and coordination between business and technical teams.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	5+ years of experience with Oracle CLM and procurement applications, including experience with Oracle EBS or Fusion environments.
Technical Skills	Oracle CLM, Oracle Procurement, Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, Contract Workflows, Approval Hierarchies, Functional Specifications, UAT
Business / Domain Skills	Contract Lifecycle Management, Procurement, Contract Administration, Requirements Analysis, Business Process Management, Change Management
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion applications.
2. Experience designing contract workflows, approval structures, and clause management processes.
3. Experience supporting enterprise implementations, UAT, training, and stakeholder coordination.
