This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic IT environment, supporting a key business client. The Role • Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for a business client. • Manage and qualify IT incidents through a ticketing system and phone. • Install and configure hardware within a campus environment. • Assist with workstation moves, new installations, and migrations. • Support client software and hardware based on established systems. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in IT or relevant work experience in hardware, software, and technology. • Practical knowledge and experience in the IT field. • Proficient in supporting Windows operating systems (Client and Server) and MS Office environments. • Very good German and good English language skills (written and spoken). • Independent and committed work approach. • Valid driver's license class B.
