Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, integrations, and Salesforce platform customization. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and API integrations is highly preferred.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Batch Apex.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.).
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Copado, or Gearset.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Role Hierarchy.
• Experience working with Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, and ETL tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop custom applications using Apex, LWC, Aura Components, and Visualforce.
• Build and maintain integrations with enterprise applications.
• Create and optimize custom objects, validation rules, workflows, flows, and approval processes.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical documentation.
• Optimize Salesforce performance and ensure platform best practices.
• Collaborate with administrators, business analysts, architects, and QA teams.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior Salesforce developers.
• Support deployment activities using CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure data security and compliance with Salesforce best practices.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of Einstein AI and Agentforce.
• Experience with MuleSoft integration.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Heroku Platform.
• DevOps tools such as Copado or Gearset.
