Senior Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

In this Senior Manufacturing Maintenance Technician opportunity, you’ll troubleshoot and maintain critical plant equipment and utilities on a structured 2-2-3 schedule.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Manufacturing Maintenance Technician position include: Vocational or associate degree in an electrical or maintenance-related field, or a high school diploma with at least 7 years of on-the-job electrical and/or maintenance experience. Ability to work in Arcadia on a 2-2-3 schedule during either the day shift (3:45 AM–4:00 PM) or night shift (4:00 PM–3:45 AM). Ability to complete 4 weeks of Monday–Friday training from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and perform preventive maintenance on production, facility, utility, and wastewater equipment. Locate and order parts to support PMs, breakdowns, repairs, and rebuilding activities. Follow lockout/tagout procedures, cGMPs, SOPs, and all safety/regulatory requirements. Strong diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventive maintenance experience in a GMP biotech, pharmaceutical, or food environment (preferred).

Work across a wide range of equipment including pumps, pneumatic contr ols, valves, agitators/seals, motor bearings, blowers, airlocks, gearboxes, conveyors, HVAC, boilers, compressors, electrical panels, and substations.

Salary: $32.00 - $36.50 per hour.
