The CRM Director will play a pivotal role in driving our customer relationship management strategies, optimizing client engagement, and supporting our mission to provide top-tier roofing solutions. This position requires a forward-thinking leader who can leverage data-driven insights and CRM tools to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline communication processes, and contribute to the overall growth of Greystone Roofing & Construction. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Oversee the management and optimization of CRM platforms and tools.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Lead the training and development of staff on CRM best practices and software usage.
- Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics to senior management.
- Manage CRM-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution.
- Proven experience in CRM management, preferably within the construction or roofing industry.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex customer data.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
