Technical Project Manager

About the Role

At DotKonnekt, we don't just manage projects - we build momentum. Operating at the intersection of Gen-AI, full-stack engineering, and composable commerce, we're looking for a Technical Project Manager who can translate product vision into seamless execution.

You will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality, timely, and outcome-driven releases. This role blends hands-on execution with ownership of delivery processes, stakeholder alignment, and team velocity.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Delivery Execution

• Lead end-to-end delivery across AI workflows, backend services, frontend systems, and platform integrations
• Translate product goals into epics, user stories, sprint plans, and release roadmaps
• Manage multiple parallel workstreams with clear prioritization and execution focus
• Ensure timely and high-quality releases aligned with business outcomes

Agile & Process Management

• Run Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, demos)
• Track sprint velocity, delivery metrics, and team performance
• Maintain delivery dashboards, risk logs, and progress reports
• Continuously improve Agile frameworks tailored for AI and full-stack development

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, product, design, and AI teams to ensure clarity and alignment
• Act as the bridge between product vision and engineering execution
• Identify and remove blockers to maintain team momentum

Risk & Stakeholder Management

• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
• Communicate progress, timelines, and trade-offs to stakeholders
• Ensure alignment across internal teams and leadership

Quality & Release Governance

• Drive release planning, QA alignment, and production readiness
• Ensure deliverables meet scope, quality, and timeline expectations
• Support scalable and predictable delivery practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-8 years of experience in Technical Project Management / Program Management (SaaS, AI, or product startups preferred)
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery frameworks
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Notion, GitHub Projects, Figma
• Technical understanding of:
• Frontend: React.js
• Backend: Node.js, Nest.js, APIs
• AI/ML basics: LLMs, prompts, vector databases, LangChain (preferred)
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with attention to delivery metrics and outcomes

Good to Have

• Exposure to Gen-AI pipelines or AI product delivery
• Experience working with microservices and scalable architectures
• Prior experience in high-growth startup environments
