Director of Growth Integration

• Location: Remote with up to 20% travel

• Drive executive strategy and operations: Serve as a strategic partner across the Growth organization, leading executive planning, streamlining operating rhythms and prioritizing high-impact initiatives to accelerate system growth.
• Lead complex integration projects: Direct cross-functional, system-wide strategic programs from conception to launch, managing budgets, resource allocation and risk mitigation to unify clinical and operational priorities across the ministry.
• Deliver decision-ready executive intelligence: Synthesize, validate and translate complex operational data, quarterly metrics and consumer insights into concise briefings and KPI dashboards that empower swift, informed executive decision-making.
• Craft high-impact strategic communications: Shape the executive narrative for organizational announcements, thought leadership and external engagements in close partnership with corporate communications to unify leadership and inspire internal teams.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• None Required.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
  required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's
  degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years
  being in leadership/management.
  

Additional Preferences:

• Master's Degree with 6-8 years of experience preferred.
