Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Analyze existing systems and business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
2. Gather, document, validate, and manage business and functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.
3. Support solution design, requirements traceability, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure business objectives are met.
4. Collaborate with technical and business teams throughout the project lifecycle to support implementation, issue resolution, and process improvements.

 

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	8+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, business process analysis, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within enterprise technology projects.
Technical Skills	Requirements Gathering, Business Process Analysis, Functional Specifications, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Requirements Documentation, Process Mapping, SDLC, Jira
Business / Domain Skills	Stakeholder Management, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Problem Solving, Communication, Cross-functional Collaboration
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

 

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience analyzing legacy systems and supporting modernization or transformation initiatives.
2. Ability to translate complex business needs into structured functional and technical requirements.
3. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with experience supporting enterprise project teams.
