About the Role

Flipkart Commerce Cloud (FCC) is looking for a high-performing Senior Business Development Representative to drive pipeline generation and strategic account development across North America. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B SaaS business development experience, a consultative sales mindset, and the ability to engage senior decision-makers across retail, eCommerce, marketplaces, and digital commerce organizations.


Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute outbound prospecting strategies targeting enterprise and mid-market retailers, brands, marketplaces, and commerce technology companies.

• Generate qualified pipeline through multi-channel outreach including email, LinkedIn, calls, events, and partner ecosystems.

• Research and identify target accounts, buying committees, and key decision-makers. • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing teams to convert inbound and outbound opportunities.

• Drive discovery conversations and qualify opportunities using established qualification frameworks.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline hygiene, and activity tracking.

• Develop deep understanding of FCC solutions including pricing intelligence, retail media, digital commerce, and marketplace technologies.

• Track regional market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.


Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS business development, SDR, BDR, or inside sales roles.

• Proven experience generating pipeline in North America markets.

• Strong outbound prospecting and account-based development experience.

• Excellent verbal and written

communication skills. • Experience working with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or similar.


Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling into retail, eCommerce, marketplaces, CPG, or digital commerce organizations.

• Knowledge of Retail Media Networks (RMN), AdTech, MarTech, Pricing & Promotions, Search & Merchandising, or Commerce Platforms.

• Familiarity with enterprise buying processes and regional business culture across the US and Canada.

• Experience handling strategic enterprise accounts and complex sales cycles.
