Senior Full Stack .NET Engineer (React / APIs) Location: UK - Remote first, but open to 1 day, twice per month or monthly day in Portsmouth About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a collaborative development team working on a complex, integration-focused platform.

This is a product-focused role where you will design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications that support real-time operational workflows.<br />You will play a key role in shaping system architecture, delivering robust solutions, and supporting critical production systems.

Key Responsibilities Define system objectives by analysing user requirements and business needs<br />Design and develop web applications using C#/.NET (ASP.NET Core) and modern frontend frameworks<br />Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integration services<br />Contribute to architectural decisions, evaluating technical solutions and trade-offs<br />Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable system interoperability<br />Troubleshoot development and production issues across multiple environments<br />Support high-availability systems with ongoing maintenance and monitoring<br />Participate in Agile development processes and team discussions<br />Maintain high standards through code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement<br />Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical support to other developers<br />Create documentation and tools to support system usage and maintenance<br />Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices Skills and Experience Required Strong experience with C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core)<br />Proven experience building web applications and REST APIs<br />Experience with React (Angular or Vue also considered)<br />Solid understanding of full stack development principles<br />Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)<br />Exposure to microservices and distributed systems<br />Strong database experience (e.g.
