Job Description

Job Title: SAP CPI Engineer

Location: San Jose, CA/ Los Angeles, CA/ Fort Lauderdale, FL / Dallas, TX / New York, NY.

Responsibilities:

Design and build integration flows in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) to connect our platform to SAP Ariba (via Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway / CIG, cXML, or Ariba’s REST/OData APIs)
Implement data mapping, message transformation (Groovy scripts, XSLT), and error/exception handling
Configure authentication (OAuth2, certificate-based) and secure connectivity between systems
Handle document types relevant to procurement (POs, invoices, order confirmations, ASNs) in cXML/EDI/IDoc formats as needed
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration flows in production
Collaborate with our engineering team on API design for the non-SAP side of the connector
Document integration architecture and handoff runbooks

Required skills:

Hands-on SAP CPI (or SAP PI/PO) development
Direct experience integrating with SAP Ariba (CIG, Ariba Network, cXML)
Groovy/JavaScript scripting within CPI
Strong grasp of REST/SOAP/OData APIs, XML/JSON, EDI/cXML standards
Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
