Employment Type: Temporary Full Time (up to June 2027 with potential to extend). Position Classification: Health Manager Level 3. Remuneration: $137,525 - $156,231, plus Superannuation. What you will be doing
  • Enhance business systems by providing accurate information about business needs and priorities and adopting contemporary analysis best practice methodologies and processes.
  • Provide high level analysis and support while facilitating expert advice to support IT projects, planning and delivery of initiatives.
  • Elicit business process requirements by using a broad range of effective engagement techniques.
  • Work with key stakeholders to identify how changing business requirements may be delivered with existing solutions.
  • Support projects by undertaking analysis and impact assessments including testing, training and business transitions.
About you
  • Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst on complex transformation programs, including working independently on projects and deliverables.
  • Strong ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders to influence positive outcomes.
  • Desire to strengthen and develop business analysis skills in an independent and hands on role.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and confident in knowing when to validate, escalat e, or step back - respecting role boundaries while still driving progress.
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable and proactive.

  • This is a temporary role and there may be opportunities for ongoing employment at grade.
  • This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles that may arise over the next 18 months.
