Job Summary

We are seeking a Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and systems to ensure reliable operation and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair equipment or systems.
• Diagnose faults and perform corrective maintenance.
• Respond to service requests and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance as per schedules.
• Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and documentation.
• Follow safety standards, company policies, and operating procedures.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Manage spare parts, tools, and equipment required for service activities.
• Provide basic technical guidance and support to customers.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
• Good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with field service operations.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Valid driver's license (if travel is required).
