Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, and drive lead generation activities through research, outreach, and networking. The role involves managing client accounts, nurturing long-term relationships, and coordinating with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with customer needs. Responsibilities include conducting presentations and product demonstrations, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and tracking performance metrics to meet and exceed sales targets. The Business Development Executive will collaborate closely with management to refine go-to-market strategies and provide market feedback that supports continuous improvement.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualification, and pipeline management.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management and relationship-building skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Candidates should possess effective Business and Communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in IT services, software solutions, or related technology domains is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet defined performance targets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic MS Office applications is an advantage.
- Comfort working with global clients across time zones and understanding of international business practices is a plus.
