Halifax<br /> Circa £40,000 DOE<br /> Monday - Friday | Days We're recruiting for an experienced Engineering Manager to join a growing engineering business in Halifax. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong engineering background who can manage projects, lead teams and ensure high standards of technical delivery, quality and safety. The Role of the Engineering Manager:

• Lead, coach and develop the engineering team
• Plan and manage engineer workloads, deployment and resource allocation
• Oversee engineering projects from mobilisation through to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
• Review technical drawings, designs and project specifications
