The Role • Build and lead your own fitness studio. • Manage all aspects of business operations: personnel, revenue, costs, and quality. • Lead, motivate, and develop your studio team. • Implement local marketing strategies and drive member acquisition. • Ensure an exceptional studio experience for all members. • Uphold brand and quality standards. What You'll Need • Personal equity of €25,000 to €75,000. • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-directed approach. • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills. • Drive and passion for building your own business. • Ideally, experience in fitness, service, management, or sales (career changers welcome). • A passion for fitness, health, and people.
