The Role • Lead and inspire inpatient and outpatient growth for a rehabilitation hospital. • Design and implement innovative referral programs to drive census growth. • Guide, train, and develop a dynamic Business Development team. • Create strategies that align with the organization's mission and deliver exceptional patient outcomes. • Monitor critical numbers, operational and financial metrics, and admission processes to achieve growth goals. • Identify new market opportunities and product line enhancements in collaboration with hospital leadership. What You'll Need • Minimum 2 years' experience as a marketing representative or nurse liaison in a healthcare environment. • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. • Proven track record in leading, managing, or direct sales and marketing, preferably within healthcare. • Understanding of physicians relations, case management, and managed care. • Knowledge of the local healthcare market is preferred. • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
