Description:

Need strong hands-on prompt engineer with extensive background in building and running multiple AI agents. They need to be technically very strong and have developed and run multi agent deployments. Client has more focus for hands-on experience in prompt engineering and AI agent build and deployment.

8+ years in Software Engineering with 3+ years of hands-on Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agent Development

3+ years of hands-on Prompt Engineering with Large Language Models (LLMs)

Strong experience designing, building, and deploying AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems

Proven production experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as:

• LangGraph
• LangChain
• AutoGen
• CrewAI
• Semantic Kernel
• OpenAI Agents SDK (preferred)

Strong experience with OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or other enterprise LLMs

Expertise in prompt design, prompt optimization, prompt chaining, and evaluation

Experience implementing agent memory, planning, reasoning, reflection, and tool usage

Strong Python programming skills
