KJ Talent are partnering with an exciting, high-growth premium skincare business to recruit a Senior Global Marketing Manager.

This isn't a role for someone who simply manages campaigns. We're looking for a commercially minded brand leader who understands consumers, can spot opportunities for growth, and loves building brands that people genuinely connect with.

You'll be responsible for:

✨ The go-to-market planning process for new product launches and brand initiatives, developing aligned, multi-channel marketing plans

✨ Managing agency partners across OOH, digital media, brand partnerships, eventing and experiential marketing.

✨ Working closely with the Product Development, Growth, Commercial and Leadership teams

✨ Using consumer insights and performance data to shape decision-making
