We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) - US IT Staffing to join us!


Position: Business Development Manager (US IT Staffing)


Experience: 2+ Years in US IT Staffing Business Development


What We Are Looking For:

- Proven experience in acquiring new clients in the US IT Staffing industry.

- Strong network with US-based Prime Vendors or Tier 1 vendors.

- Experience generating C2C, W2, and 1099 requirements.

- Strong expertise in lead generation, account management, contract negotiation, and client relationship building.

- Self-driven with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Work Mode: 100% Remote


Shift: EST Hours
