Job Description

We're supporting a global organisation on a major SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation and are seeking an experienced Value Stream Lead – Record to Report (RTR) to lead the RTR workstream across multiple EMEA countries.

Location: UK, Netherlands or Spain (EMEA)

Travel: Europe 40–60%

Type: Full-Time Permanent

In this high-profile transformation role, you'll own the end-to-end RTR value stream, driving business process design, standardisation, testing, change management, cutover, and post-go-live support as legacy ERP platforms are migrated to SAP S/4HANA. Working closely with Finance, IT, implementation partners and senior stakeholders, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a successful and scalable finance transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the RTR workstream across multiple EMEA SAP S/4HANA deployment waves.
  • Drive future-state process design, fit-gap analysis and process standardisation.
  • Coordinate business readiness, testing, data validation, cutover and hypercare activities.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, PMO, Shared Services and local business teams to deliver successful deployments.
  • Champion change management, stakeholder engagement and user adoption across the programme.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years' experience in Finance Transformation, ERP implementation, Controllership or Business Process Leadership.
  • Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations, ideally across EMEA and complex multinational organisations.
  • Strong Record to Report expertise, including General Ledger, Month-End Close, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Reconciliations and Financial Reporting.
  • Experience with process mapping, testing, business readiness, data migration and change management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large-scale international transformation programme where you'll have significant visibility, influence and the opportunity to shape future finance processes across EMEA
