The Role

• Ensure a superior shopping experience for customers.
• Support the management team in optimizing workflows and training staff.
• Handle a variety of responsibilities in both the sales floor and stockroom areas.
• Manage incoming goods, display products, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Replenish and check the freshness of produce and baked goods.
• Perform cashier duties and assist with inventory and cleaning tasks.
