Senior Engineer (Salesforce) (Service Cloud)

Job Description

• Understand the Business End to End.

• Responsible for Designing and building Applications.
• Understand the project timelines and deadlines.
• Perform impact analysis for new requirements or changes and contribute to low-level design and technical solutioning.
• Convey architectural solutions to all levels of professionals and leaders.
• Ensure Code Quality and Deliverables.
• Lead the team and deliverables
• -Prioritize work with stakeholders.
• Understand and follow the current Code Build and Deployment patterns across all environments.
• Perform checkouts of the code deployments before the QA starts testing.

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with a focus on Service Cloud.
• Design, develop, configure, and maintain scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Service Cloud capabilities including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, queues, routing, and service workflows.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using appropriate integration patterns and APIs.
• Apply Salesforce security and access-control best practices, including profiles, permission sets, sharing, and role hierarchy.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment, release management, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, QA, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, testing, and adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide performance and technical recommendations.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to Salesforce engineering best practices.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies and Scrum teams.

• Familiarity with Gearset.
• Familiarity with Kiro.
• Healthcare, Patient Services, patient support programs, or related healthcare domain experience.
