Our award-winning staging and unique product positioning set us apart in the market, making us a trusted partner for schools and a beloved choice for parents. As we embark on an exciting phase of growth, we're looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to help us scale our impact and reach.

The Role

We're seeking a passionate, versatile Marketing Executive to execute our strategy and growth roadmap during a pivotal time for the company. This role is perfect for a marketing generalist who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoys building from the ground up.

You'll primarily focus on D2C and B2B funnel optimisation. Your work will directly contribute to brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.

You will be reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Brand

  • Keep consistency within Gillman and Soame's core brand values, tone, and visual identity across all customer-facing assets (website, social media, email, print, etc.).

Campaigns and Email Marketing

  • Develop, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid, organic) to drive conversion.
  • Segment audiences and personalise messaging to improve open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
  • A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and content to refine performance.
  • Report on campaign ROI, identifying insights and recommendations for future iterations.

SEO, Content and Design

  • Create and optimise landing pages, blog posts, and marketing collateral.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, headers, internal linking) to improve organic search rankings.
  • Design marketing materials (social posts, Reels, brochures, presentations) using brand guidelines.

Social Media

  • Manage and grow Gillman and Soame's presence on LinkedIn (B2B) and Instagram (D2C and B2B), tailoring content for each audience.
  • Build and nurture a community of school-relevant personas, parents, and partners through engaging, value-driven content.
  • Track KPIs (follower growth, engagement rate, lead generation) to support strategy direction.

Events

  • Coordinate with event partners to ensure seamless execution of conferences and planned activities.
  • • Support the sales team to capture and follow up leads, ensuring all event leads are uploaded to the CRM and nurtured.
  • Analyse event ROI and provide actionable insights for future events.

CRM

  • Maintain data hygiene in the CRM (e.g., deduplication, missing information, tagging).
  • Support pipeline tracking, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for sales and marketing teams.
  • Generate reports on deals, leads, and the whole B2B funnel.

Performance Marketing

  • Collect, visualise, and interpret performance data to inform decisions.
  • Highlight funnel drop-off points and report to the leadership team.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong content marketing and storytelling skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making to optimise campaigns.
  • Proactive and autonomous.
  • Growth mindset: Curious, resourceful, and always seeking to learn and improve.
